Diagonal Wood Chops

Starting Position:
Standing with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly flexed.  Ball is held with both hands slightly in front of the midsection.

Movement:
Swing the ball to the outside of the left knee, reverse the motion to swing diagonally above the right shoulder.  Repeat for the designated number of reps.  Perform the exercise on opposite side of the body – swing from outside right knee to above left shoulder.

Speed:
Moderate – Fast.

Weight of Ball:
2Kg for beginners – 5Kg for advanced players.
