Kneeling Side Bends

Starting Position:
Kneeling with torso erect.  Ball is held with both hands with arms extended above head.

Movement:
While holding the ball with arms fully extended shift the ball from side-to-side (in the frontal plane) Repeat the movement for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Slow to moderate.

Weight of Ball:
4Kg for beginners – 7Kg for advanced players.
