Med Ball Crunches

Starting Position:
Sitting – knees bent with feet flat on the floor.  Med ball is raised above head.

Movement:
Lower the torso to the ground while maintaining the ball in an overhead position.  Return to the starting position before repeating the movement for the designated number of reps. 

Speed:
Moderate.

Variations:
1) Increase the weight of the Med ball.
