Med Ball Figure Eights

Starting Position:
Standing with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly flexed.  Ball is held with both hands with arms extended at chest level.

Movement:
While keeping the torso erect swing the ball in a figure-8 motion for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Moderate – Fast.

Weight of Ball:
2Kg for beginners – 5Kg for advanced players.
