Med Ball Slams

Starting Position:
Feet shoulder width apart with the ball held at waist level.

Movement:
Swing the ball up above the head using both hands. Extend the hips, legs and back to raise the ball. Reverse the movement and forcefully slam the ball against the ground. Feet will raise from the ground as the ball is slammed.

Speed:
Explosive total body.

Weight of Ball:
2 Kg for beginner up to 5 Kg for advanced players.
