Seated Torso Twists

Starting Position:
Seated with legs slightly bent (flexed). Med ball is held with both hands at chest level.

Movement:
Twist the torso and swing the ball from side-to-side. Repeat the movement for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Moderate. Increase the speed over time.

Variations:
(1) Kneeling (see kneeling torso twists).
(2) Standing
