Side Lunge – Reach to Knee

Starting Position:
Standing with feet shoulder width apart.  Med-ball is held with both hands at waist level. 

Movement:
Step to the side into a side lunge position. Twist with the ball and touch the knee with the ball.  Immediately return to the starting position before repeating the sequence for the designated number of reps.  Sequence is repeated with the other leg.

Speed:
Slow and controlled to moderate.
