Wood Chops

Starting Position:
Standing with feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly flexed.  Ball is held with both hands slightly in front of the midsection.

Movement:
Swing the ball down between the legs. Immediately reverse the motion to swing the ball above the head.  Repeat for the designated number of reps. 

Speed:
Moderate – Fast.

Weight of Ball:
2Kg for beginners – 5Kg for advanced players.
