Bridge-alternating Leg/arm Raise

Starting Position:
Face-down with the body raised on the toes and forearms.

Movement:
While establishing the body in the “up” position raise the right arm and left leg for several seconds. Lower arm and leg and repeat using the left arm and right leg.  Continue in this alternating fashion for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Slow and controlled.
