Kneeling Torso Twists

Starting Position:
Kneeling with torso erect.  Ball is held with both hands at approximately waist height.

Movement:
Keep the torso erect and rotate the ball from left to right and vice versa.  This causes the torso to twist.  Repeat the movement for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Slow to moderate.  Increase the speed over time.

Weight of Ball:
4Kg for beginners – 7Kg for advanced players.
