Med Ball Push-Ups (2 balls)

Starting Position:
Push-up position with each hand on a medicine ball.

Movement:
Perform a push-up and repeat for the designated number of reps.  The med balls increase the difficulty due to providing an unstable surface and places a greater demand on shoulder stability.

Speed:
Moderate.

Variations:
Use one ball (see med ball push-ups 1 ball).
