Med Ball Twists

Starting Position:
Standing with feet shoulder width apart.  Ball is held with two hands at chest level.

Movement:
Maintain an upright posture.  Rotate the torso and twist with the ball from side-to-side.  Repeat the movement for the designated number of reps

Speed:
Moderate.  Increase the speed over time.

Variations:
Move the ball in a figure-8 motion (see med-ball figure eights)
