Twist and Bounce

Starting Position:
Seated with legs apart and slightly bent (flexed).  Med ball is held with both hands at chest level.

Movement:
Twist the torso and bounce the ball in the following sequence; between the legs, outside the left leg, between the legs, outside the right leg, between the legs.  Repeat the movement for the designated number of reps.

Speed:
Moderate.  Increase the speed over time.
