The curriculum spans 12 weeks, consisting of 48 training days, 58 unique training activities, and 24 match days. It includes a variety of game-based activities, position-specific training, as well as individual and small group technical and tactical concepts that progress each week. The aim is to ensure that the athletes gradually improve and become stronger as the season progresses, while also promoting their overall health and well-being.

Anthony has been in the soccer profession for 25 years, has worked with three United States U-17 Men’s National Team World Cup cycles and has earned over 100 coaching caps at the youth international level. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Tampa Bay United Youth Soccer Club. In this role, he led and mentored all aspects of the club, helping to send 275 student athletes to play college soccer over the past five years. His experiences have given him an inside look at youth development across the world.  He has spent hours on the training pitch sculpting a blue print for player development and a training curriculum that is simple and modern.
